We are so excited & elated that you have chosen Erica B Airbrush Designer for your custom art work, in order to ensure the you receive the best custom work. We have put a few guidelines to ensure that our process is seamless and professional. It is our desire that you are 100% happy with our custom work.
As a Christian owned company we reserve the right to refuse any design request regardless of the content or subject matter
All designs submitted for airbrushing is not guaranteed for acceptance based on our design guidelines as follows..
We do not accept the following designs that come under these restrictions
1. Lewd or Obscene
2. The word "Freak, Freaknik, or Hoochie"
3. Skulls, Violent Acts, Weapons, Horrific, or Demonic Imagery or Characters
4. Masonic, Eastern Stars, or Gang Terms, Symbols
5. Designs promoting the consumption of alcoholic beverages or smoking activities
6. Profanity or Imagery suggesting the same
7. Horoscope or Zodiac Names or Symbols
Submitting Your Request
1. Send the information for the designs or ideas you desire to have airbrushed by filling out the request below for a quote.
2. What's the time frame or date when your item(s) would be needed.
3. Once the items and designs are discussed for review and approved the total cost is given.
4. Full payment is made before the order goes into process for designing. If shipping is required those fees will be added as well.
What Clothing Items Does Erica B Provide?
Erica B Airbrush Designer is not responsible for supplying all items that are needed for airbrushing. However, the following items are provided below
1. 100% Pre Shrunk Cotton Roundneck Collar
T Shirts (Gidan Brand) White, Grey or Black
(Youth Sizes Small to Adult 4XL)
2. Blank Aluminum License Plates
3. Hoodies~Gildan Brand (Adult Small to Adul 3XL)
4. Toddler, Grade School & Adult Airforce 1's
5. White Baseball Caps with Velocro Caps
6. Select Youth & Adult Football Cleats as available from online distributors
Turnaround Time
Estimated Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
Peak seasons could result in a 4-6 weeks turnaround.
Some individual items like one shirt, one pair of jeans, 1 pair of shoes or 1 pair of cleats could be completed within a week depending on the work load.
*Rush fee implications for one shirt will yield a cost of $20 per client
Custom shoes & cleats yield an additional cost of $50
$100 for 2 day rush
Paying for Your Order &

*Full payment is due upon placing your order with our Airbrush Artist.
*Full Refunds are for projects that have not been started nor have supplies been purchased

Timely Drop Offs/Shipping Items for Designing
You are to have your items in our artist hand no later than 2 to 4 weeks prior to the due date of said product.
Additional paint colors outside of our inventory will require additional payment.
Our airbrush artist reserves the right to alter any requests or suggestions if it will harm the product.
When airbrushing items that are not white, understanding the item will potentially NOT turn out into your vision due to the different colors. The best color for our artist to airbrush is the color white.
Client will drop off/ ship all products to our Art Studio.
Revisions to Design Requests for Orders
Revisions are only given during the 5 day period. You are given only 1 revision. After one revision an invoice will be sent to the customer.
If you are indecisive about how you would like your design to be and are looking for us to take complete & creative control of your project. Your payment will serve as an agreement between the customer & Erica B Airbrush Designer.
This means you are accepting that the final design is up to Erica B except minor changes.
More Services Explained
Curbside Service
Clients are to drop off items by curbside. Our local location is a private studio with no walk in service. It's important to abide by the specific instructions of drop off and pick up time frames in order to be served. If you're not available after the business hours have ended you will need to reschedule for another day during the normal business hours

Deliveries Are An Exception
In order to secure an easy customer service experience deliveries are only provided during the week day hours with a $30 fee and paid before arrival *no exceptions*
Drop off locations can be changed to a local police station if needed

Rush Shipping/Overnight Shipping
Our preferred Shipping method is UPS. USPS & Fed Ex.
Depending on the location your items are being shipped to overnight shipping may not be available. Some shipping locations aren't available for the carrier planes to delivery next day
